OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. COMMON TERMS USED IN THESE RULES:

These are the official rules that govern how the “Microsoft Dynamics Community Cash In Challenge” (the “Challenge”) will operate. In these rules, “we” “our” and “us” refer to Microsoft the sponsor of the Challenge. “You,” “yourself,” “I,” “me,” and “my” refers to an eligible Challenge entrant.

1. CAN I ENTER? You are eligible to enter this Challenge if you meet the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age or older that would benefit professionally from membership in the free Microsoft Dynamics Finance Community website and

• You are NOT a government employee, including employee of a public education institution; and

• You are NOT a resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria and

• You are NOT a resident of the Province of Quebec in Canada; and

• You are NOT an employee of Microsoft Corporation or an employee of a Microsoft subsidiary; and

• You are NOT involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Challenge; and

• You are NOT an immediate family (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member of a Microsoft employee, an employee of a Microsoft subsidiary, or a person involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Challenge. This Challenge is void outside wherever else prohibited by law.

2. HOW DO I ENTER?

Enter online by registering for the Microsoft Dynamics Community at http://community.dynamics.com/ All requested information must be provided for your entry to be eligible. You will receive 1 sweepstakes entry in the drawing for the Prize Period in which you register. If you meet the eligibility requirements and you have registered for the community prior to the start date, you will automatically receive 1 sweepstakes entry in Prize Period 1.

Once registered, you have the opportunity to receive additional sweepstakes entries as follows: 1.) If you include a reference code when registering you will automatically receive an additional sweepstakes entry. Referral codes will be included in various advertising vehicles; You may only use a referral code once. 2.) If you reference the Microsoft Dynamics Community screen name of a person who has already registered for the sweepstakes when you register, you will automatically receive an additional sweepstakes entry.

3.) If you provide your Microsoft Dynamics Community screen name to someone who subsequently references it when they register for the sweepstakes, then you will automatically receive an additional sweepstakes entry.

4.) Once registered for the sweepstakes, you may visit the site www.cashinwithdynamics.com each day and “spin” the prize wheel once per day to receive additional entries as described below. For the purposes of these rules, a day is considered from 12:01 AM PT – 11:59 PM PT as determined by the computers clock:

• If your spin lands on a number between 1-10, you will receive that multiple of additional sweepstake entries. For example, if you land on the number 5, then you will receive 5 additional sweepstakes entries.

• If your spin lands on the word “Double” you will receive 2 sweepstakes entries for each “referral” code you have accumulated. For example, if you registered for the Microsoft Dynamics Community using the referral code listed above, and then someone else registered for the Microsoft Dynamics Community and referenced your screen name, then you would have accumulated 2 references. If you land on “Double” when you spin the wheel, then for the purposes of that day your referral would be “doubled” and you would receive 2 additional sweepstakes entries.

• You will be entered into the drawing for the Prize Period in which you earned the additional entries, as well as all subsequent Prize Periods. We will only accept 50 entries per person per day, regardless of the number of referrals presented. We are not responsible for entries that we do not receive for any reason, or for entries that we receive but are not decipherable for any reason. We will automatically disqualify:

• Any incomplete or illegible entry; and

• Any entries that we receive from you that are in excess of the entry limit described above.
3. ENTRY PERIODS AND PRIZES This Challenge starts at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on March 10, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on June 30, 2008 (“Entry Period”). The Entry Period consists of 5 prize periods as listed below. Entries must be received within the Prize Period to be eligible for the prizes listed.

Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during each Prize Period.

At the end of the Entry Period, all points will be totaled and the participant with the highest number of points will win the following Grand Prize:

4. PRIZE CONDITIONS

All prizes are stated in US dollars. If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value as permitted. We will only award one first place prize per person. However, a first place prize winner may also win the Grand Prize. If you are selected as a potential winner of this Challenge:

• You may not designate someone else as the winner. If you are unable or unwilling to accept your prize, we will award it to an alternate potential winner; and

• If you accept a prize, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the prize

* Travel Prize conditions: Meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s responsibility. Winner must be available to travel on dates (within 1 year from date of notification) approved by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. No extensions will be granted. Winner must provide 90 days notice of preferred travel dates. Hotel accommodations must be reserved at least forty-five (45) days in advance of the departure date. Trip and travel insurance is not included. Blackout dates and other travel restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must possess all applicable travel documents prior to departure date, and must travel together on the same itinerary. Actual value of prize varies based upon point of departure and airfare fluctuations, and any difference in value will not be awarded.
5. HOW ARE WINNERS SELECTED AND NOTIFIED?

On or around 3 days following each Prize Period, we, or a company acting under our authorization, will select potential winners. If you are a potential winner, we will notify you by sending a message to the email address assigned to you when you register for the Microsoft Dynamics Community. You will have seven (7) days following notification to respond. If the notification that we send is returned as undeliverable, or you are otherwise unreachable for any reason, we may award the prize to an alternate randomly selected winner. If there is a dispute as to who is the potential winner, we will consider the potential winner to be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address assigned by the Microsoft Dynamics Community website. . If you are a potential winner, we may require you to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release and W-9 or W8-BEN tax form. If you do not sign and return these required forms within the time period listed on the winner notification message, we may disqualify you and select an alternate randomly selected winner.

6. WHAT OTHER CONDITIONS ARE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BY ENTERING THIS CHALLENGE?

By entering this Challenge you agree:

• To abide by these Official Rules; and

• To release and hold harmless Microsoft, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Challenge or any prize won; and

• That Microsoft’s decisions will be final and binding on all matters related to this Challenge; and

• That by accepting a prize, Microsoft may use of your proper name and state of residence online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with this Challenge, without payment or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.

7. WHAT LAWS GOVERN THE WAY THIS CHALLENGE IS EXECUTED AND ADMINISTRATED?

This Challenge will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Washington for any disputes arising out of this Challenge. 8. WHAT IF SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENS AND THE CHALLENGE CAN’T RUN AS PLANNED?

If cheating, a virus, bug, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, (also referred to as force majeure) affects the fairness and / or integrity of this Challenge, we reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend this Challenge. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Challenge, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Challenge.

If you attempt to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this Challenge by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in ANY way, we may seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, we may ban you from participating in any of our future Challenge, so please play fairly.

9. HOW CAN YOU FIND OUT WHO WON?
